After reading the article on Biker enraged at driver's poor manners i feel that both parties were at fault. This is because based on what i have learn from basic theory test,you should avoid changing lanes as it will be dangerous as cars on the expressway are on high speed. However I think that the biker was at greater fault as he went to create trouble by following the car.
